Deal­ing with per­sonal data

CHEM­DOX only col­lects, uses and passes on your per­sonal data if this is either ne­ces­sary to ful­fil a legal ob­lig­a­tion to which we are sub­ject or if you con­sent to the pro­cessing of your per­sonal data.

You can con­tact CHEM­DOX via vari­ous chan­nels (e.g. email, con­tact form, user ac­count on the web­site) and thus to trans­mit per­sonal data to CHEM­DOX. We pro­cess the per­sonal data you have provided, such as name, ad­dress, user name and pass­word, con­tact and com­mu­nic­a­tion data such as tele­phone num­ber and email ad­dress, as well as data about your in­terests in our products and ser­vices for the pur­pose of provid­ing you with in­form­a­tion and of­fers on our ser­vices. We may pro­cess your data to ful­fil a con­tract between you and CHEM­DOX or to carry out pre-​contractual meas­ures based on your re­quest.

You agree that CHEM­DOX will send you postal in­form­a­tion, product emails, product cata­logues and event in­vit­a­tions for the pur­pose of ad­vert­ising and in­form­a­tion. You also con­sent to CHEM­DOX provid­ing in­form­a­tion on products, events and pro­mo­tions by email/tele­phone/SMS. 

You have the right to with­draw this con­sent at any time. With­draw­ing con­sent does not af­fect the law­ful­ness of pro­cessing based on con­sent be­fore its with­drawal. You can with­draw your con­sent to CHEM­DOX by post or email.

Deal­ing with com­ments and posts

If you leave a con­tri­bu­tion or com­ment on this web­site, your IP ad­dress will be saved. This serves as a safe­guard: If your text vi­ol­ates the law, it may be ne­ces­sary to es­tab­lish your iden­tity. 

Sub­scrip­tions 

You have the op­tion of sub­scrib­ing to both the en­tire web­site and sub­sequent com­ments on your con­tri­bu­tion. You will re­ceive an email con­firm­ing your email ad­dress. Apart from this, no other data is col­lec­ted. The stored data will not be passed on to third parties. You can un­sub­scribe at any time.

We of­fer you a news­let­ter in which we in­form you about cur­rent events and of­fers. If you would like to sub­scribe to the news­let­ter, you must provide a valid email ad­dress. 

Your rights as a user (data sub­ject)
